I posted months ago about Heidie. I lost her two years ago. She was 16. I ran across this photo of her. She loved to drink from the birdbath and the garden hose.

She's adorable, looks a lot like my sister's Shelby who has since passed too. I bought Shelby for her and gave her Frisco (puppy of my Pepper & Java). When Shelby passed, Frisco wasn't too far behind. He mourned her terribly and I think he just gave up after he lost her. So sad how attached they get to each other, us, and the reverse. Truly a remarkable breed!

Easy to see that you loved her dearly :)
