Welcome To Lonestar Farms

We have a lot of families that come out to visit or to pick up their puppies, but some babies are shipped to their new homes and those families never get a glimpse of where their baby came from or how well they are taken care of.
So, here is a special section for those who want to see and know a little bit more about Lonestar Farms Miniature Schnauzers.
Enjoy Your Tour!

This is the inside of a doggie den. Its cool or warm inside depending on what time of the year it is. Food and fresh water is readily available.
Pictured here is Juliet, our beautiful Liver parti girl.
Then I would like the new pic of the kennel with the checkered floor. I will make up a paragraph to go under that picture.
Next, picture looking over doggie den (I guess the Juliet pic for now), same wording is OK.

Each litter is identified on the outside of each Doggie Den door with parents name/reg. #'s. Worming/shot schedule, as well as weight chart on each pupy is also in this folder. Puppies are weighed every two weeks to insure proper growth and/or to determine which ones are TOY puppies.
All of our dogs are microchipped so that they can be easily identified.
Next, the picture of door (each litter is identified). The wording is fine.

Inside of a dog room. Inside we have a loveseat and rocking chair. This is where we sit to LOVE YOUR PUPPY every single day. This is one of the main reasons your new puppy is so well socialized and why he/she loves people so much.
We start the "loving process" the very first day they are born. Jeffrey says that Lonestar Farms is, "the home of the 100 mph tail." I guess that's our new motto.

Grooming is also done in the dog room. Keeping everyone in tip-top shape is certainly a BIG JOB!
Of course, we have music in the dog rooms too!

Our mama's can come outside anytime in a 5x10 run or go inside the doggie den with their babies. Suzie Q in foreground and Pinky peeking through doggie door.

This is one of our exercise yards. All our dogs are exercised 3 times per day. Our boys are exercised in separate areas from the girls. Everyone having a good time here!
|
This is the super sized exercise yard. Lots of room to exercise and take care of business. |

These are some of our dog runs. These are 4X10's. They also have doggie dens inside and are covered so that they don't have to get their tootsies wet. Only one mom per run or two smaller dogs. We also have some runs that are 5x10. Some with doggie dens and some without, but everything is covered.

This is a photo of the back side of the kennel. |
Can you leave spaces for 4 pictures of the backside of the kennel. I'll use one of those spaces with the dogs actually out in the yard.

This picture actually shows how big our exercise yard is. We still have to plant some grass and shrubs. Our dogs are exercised 3 times per day. |
